Each individual is permitted only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, and potential forfeiture of funds.
atg88 continuously monitors Account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, and compliance with these Terms. Suspicious activity, irregular betting patterns, or violations of our rules may trigger additional verification requirements or Account restrictions.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as inactive. atg88 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts or close such accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.
atg88 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on your Account status and verification level. VIP players may request higher limits by contacting customer support.
Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallets are typically processed instantly. In rare cases, technical issues or banking system delays may result in processing times of up to 24 hours. If your deposit does not appear in your Account Balance within 24 hours, contact customer support with transaction proof.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. atg88 reserves the right to reject deposits, reverse transactions, or withhold withdrawals if we suspect the payment source does not belong to the Account holder.

atg88 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your legal name.
Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account verification level and VIP status.
atg88 processes most withdrawal requests within 24 hours. However, first-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals are typically completed within 1-3 business days depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.
For security and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If this is not feasible, alternative withdrawal methods may be approved at atg88's discretion after additional verification.
You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it is processed. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered on eligible games. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3.000.000 in total bets before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiration periods are clearly stated in each bonus's terms.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or exploiting game mechanics, is strictly prohibited. atg88 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus is permitted per Account at any given time. Depositing while an active bonus is in progress may forfeit the existing bonus.
All bonuses have validity periods. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your Account Balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, atg88's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
atg88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, you forfeit access to all Platform services.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining Balance (subject to verification and wagering requirements). Closing your Account does not release you from obligations incurred prior to closure.
If your Account is terminated due to Terms violations, fraud, or prohibited activities, atg88 reserves the right to forfeit your remaining Balance. Any pending withdrawals may be canceled.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to liability limitations, dispute resolution, and intellectual property rights) will remain in effect after Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices, with consideration of Indonesian consumer protection principles where applicable.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact atg88 customer support to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through open communication. If informal resolution fails, you may escalate the issue through our formal complaints procedure.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Any claim or dispute arising from your use of atg88 must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.
atg88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
